1. Strictly No Back Out After Payment Been Made
We will not entertain if you wish to back out. If you still insist, we're not going to refund your money. Also, backing out when second payment needed, we still not going to refund the amount you paid for first payment.
2. Proof Will Be Given Once the Item(s) Have Delivered to Our Place
We did not directly deal with Japan sellers. We use Neokyo to place your order. Any request for proof (pictures/videos) before arrived at our place will not be fulfilled.
3. No Reservation(s)
Any request/inquiries for reservation will not be entertain.
4. Payment Must Be Made Within 24 Hours
As we stated above, we're using Neokyo service so if you want your item to be secured fast, please make your payment ASAP.
5. Request Cancelled by Neokyo / Invalid Request
If your request got cancelled, the refund will be credit to our Neokyo wallet. From there, we will give you 2 options;-
i. Request refund to your bank account (please refer T&C below)
ii. Replace it with another item
6. Refund Will Not Be The Same Amount
As per T&C above, if your item got cancelled, your amount for refund will not be the same because every transaction have fee / tax.

7. Securing Your Item Through Neokyo
If you have paid your item, Neokyo will process it for about 24~36 hours to secure your item. This is why you need to make fast payment so that your item is still valid to request / buy.
8. For second payment
In case for the batch / items overweight, we need to change the fee for ems. Please be considerate and understanding that this is not our fault.

9. We're Only Providing Service For You
We are not responsible if your item is not legit / authentic. Also, any defect from the seller or when shipping to MY is out of our hand unless the item is ready stock (on our hand).
We'll provide you pictures / videos if you got any defect(s) / damage(s) from shipping / seller itself once it delivered to our place.
10. Fussy Buyer / Time Wasting
If you ghosted us (1 hour max) after you have request for the item, we will not entertain you anymore.
11. As A Buyer
Please look up on our masterlist from time to time or check any update on our profile ( Website / Twitter ). As you all know that the item you request for are from Japan so please be patient and have faith in us.
