1. First Payment

Item price + 250¥ ( Neokyo fee will be apply per link) x 3.6% + 40¥(Paypal fee) x 0.041 ( **our exchange rate )

2. Second Payment

EMS + Our Service Charge + Local Postage

Photocard : RM 1 ~ 8 per photocard

Album, etc. : RM 10 ~ 25 each

Please note that we're using either EMS / DHL / Fedex (fast international shipping to MY) for international shipping hence the price range for EMS quite high

We will inform for the price EMS to get our buyers consent

Our Service Charge

RM 5.00 per link

Local Postage

RM 6.00 ++ ( depending on weight and postcode )

3. Third Payment (If detained / needed only)

Customs Tax / Cukai Kastam

Example Calculation for First Payment

500¥ (Item price) + 250¥ (Neokyo fee) = 750¥

= 750¥ + (750¥ x 3.6% + 40¥) (paypal fee)

= 817¥

= 817¥ x 0.041 (exchange rate)

= RM 33.497

= RM 33.50 ## first payment

T&C for Refund

As per said, the amount of refund will not be the same since PayPal will deduct the fee. So ;

Amount of money you transfer to us = RM 33.50

The amount of refund you will get = RM 33.50 - RM 2.747 (67¥ Paypal Fee)

= RM 30.753

= RM30.80
